When a user registers in the system, the ₹300 (Rupees Three Hundred only) payment is collected solely for Puja/Homa services conducted in the user's name and Gotra, sankalpa, a free live stream, and digital ashirvachanam — not for any other purpose.

This payment is not a financial deposit, investment (Investment), future profit guarantee, or within the scope of a Chit Fund. It is purely a "Fee for Service".

Puja Coins Loyalty System:In India, only schemes where money begets money are banned as "Money Circulation" or "Pyramid Schemes". Therefore, the "Coins" on this platform are solely the organisation's Spiritual Service Rewards. They are incentives given to users to expand service reach.

Sustainability Metrics: Out of every ₹300 service fee: ₹100 covers Puja performance and Samagri costs; ₹100 is distributed across 10 levels (Dashaloka) as referral network compensation (fixed at 10 coins per level); and the remaining ₹100 is retained by the organisation for operational expenses, platform infrastructure, and growth. This model is 100% financially sustainable (Highly Sustainable).

Live Streaming: Devotees located far away are given the opportunity to watch the Homam performed that day through the website login, YouTube Live, or a Private Live Stream. If the live stream is not available at the scheduled time due to technical issues, a recorded video will be provided.

Digital Sankalpa & Prasad: At the time of booking, the Gotra names entered will be announced by the Purohit during the live Sankalpam. Immediately after the Puja is completed, an automated "Puja Receipt and Digital Ashirvachanam Card"will be sent to the devotee's registered WhatsApp number.

WhatsApp Bot Integration: WhatsApp bot setup will be available for the convenience of rural and elderly users. A user can check their coin balance and which Loka (Level) they are in by sending the message "My Balance" from their registered mobile.

Satyaloka Leadership Bonus: Leaders who have successfully completed the 10th level (Satyaloka) of the network will be specially honoured by the organisation with a "Kubera Yoga Kantanam" or "Vendi Nanam".

Seasonal Special Events: Special Lakshmi Homas and exclusive Pujas will be conducted during special festivals like Shravana month, Karthika month, Dasara, and Deepavali. Separate terms apply to each.

Once the ₹300 Puja fee has been paid, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances. The service will have already been committed and Samagri purchased for that purpose.

Spiritual Faith:Puja outcomes are entirely based on the individual devotee's personal faith and belief. The organisation has no legal guarantee or binding liability on this account.

Income Declaration:Income earned through referral levels is entirely dependent on the individual user's personal marketing ability. There is no guarantee or fixed income promise of any kind.

Prasad Delivery:Physical doorstep Prasad dispatch (Vibhuti, Kumkum & sanctified items) is applicable only to Shresta (Premium) and Divya (Deluxe) tier bookings. Standard Satwika (₹300) bookings include digital ashirvachanam and live stream only — physical Prasad delivery is not part of the standard service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in full accordance with Indian law. If any dispute arises between the user and the organisation, it shall first be resolved through mutual discussion between both parties. If legal proceedings become necessary, they shall fall only within the jurisdiction of the local courts where the registered head office of the organisation is situated.
